History

ATEK & Cross is a Management and IT Consultancy with offices in UK and Nigeria. ATEK & Cross is an offshoot of Dynamic E and has been in business since 2001. In that time we have experienced phenomenal growth providing a wide range of services to an equally diverse client base.

Clients

Our parent company has been providing consulting services to global multi nationals including BP the oil and gas major where our consultants spent over four years providing SAP expertise, Business Process Outsourcing advisory services and help in business transformation across 15 countries in Europe, Asia and North American.

We have also worked with Ericsson, the telecommunications giant.

We enabled the deployment of SAP in six European countries and helped to integrate back end processes in South Africa and Nigeria relating to their back bone services to MTN.

Other clients have included Cadbury, PWC/IBM, BBC media, Apple Computers and Fiat lubricants a downstream petroleum products business, Deutsche Bank and Ericsson the telecom giant.

In the time we have been in Africa and Nigeria specifically, we have worked with Ericsson Telecom SA, with Deloitte Consulting, the cement division of the Dangote Group amongst others.

In the public sector clients have included Federal Road Safety Corps and the National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) working on IT infrastructure, ERP implementations and Project Management utilising various platforms from technology vendors such as SAP, HP, Microsoft and others.

Management

CEO: Obi Ifezue Bsc, FCCA, ACA

Obi Ifezue, CEO, is a Chartered Accountant who has worked and consulted widely in accountancy/finance and IT for various organisations and blue chip multi-nationals, operating within various industries.

Obi who qualified in the UK and with considerable worldwide experience, is also a certified SAP consultant with extensive ERP and outsourcing experience. Experience includes Project management, configuration, training, Integration, Business and System leadership roles across various sectors including Oil and Gas, Banking, Manufacturing, Technology, Food Processing, Education and Government.

Clients engagements include BP International, Ericsson, Cadbury, BBC, Lloyds TSB Bank, Black and Decker, Apple Computers, Xerox, University of Leicester, Lincolnshire County Council, Philip Morris as well as global consultancies Deloitte, PWC /IBM. Other clients include Dangote Cement, Federal Road Safety Commission

Obi also holds a number of non executive directorships in UK and Nigeria.

Our area of specialty in the ITO area is in web based or web enabled services. We have gained considerable competence working with clients to manage web content even in fast moving sectors where content needs to be even more dynamic.

Poor project management has been identified as one the reasons projects fail. Projects in IT or any other field require skilled and knowledgeable project managers. Our project mangers are also strong on the soft skills of communication, team building, conflict resolution, leadership and motivation as well as the hard skills of quality management, planning, risk management,and budget management of all project resources.
